In this chapter, the Pharisees came to Jesus and asked for a sign from heaven. He rebuked them, then later met with the Apostles. After receiving Peter’s testimony that Jesus is the Messiah, he tells them that it is better to die rather than sin. The following verse is the end justification, stating that when Christ comes in His glory, all injustices would be undone.
